OUR STORY

  Un Panettiere Del Villaggio Artisan Breads are baked in small batches at our micro bakery located in Statesville NC. We proudly use unbleached flour provided by our local grain mill that has not been chemically processed. Our sourdough is leavened by a local culture based on a supplement of white rye and white whole grain flours.

 

  We strive for purity in the recipes of our products to offer quality through simplicity. We hope that you enjoy our breads as much as we enjoy making it.
